RC10001 32-Bit Microcontroller
The RC10001 microcontroller includes a 32-Bit processor, on-board memory, and multiple boot options. The RelChip RC10001 microcontroller uses an ARM® Cortex® M0 core. The microcontroller includes standard serial interfaces, four timer/counters, and a nested vector interrupt controller. The design is fully static, with deterministic operations. These parts all operate from -55°C to 300°C on a single 5 volt supply.

SRAM Family
The RelChip RAM family includes many popular interfaces and functions. These parts all operate from -55°C to 300°C on a single 5 volt supply. All parts support a separate battery back-up supply. There are serial, 9-Bit, and 36-Bit interfaces that support parity. Parity is stored when written, and checked when read.
