The RC10001 development system is a Keil MDK system for the developer. It includes the development board, Keil ULINK connection, and miscellaneous cabling. The board includes two sockets to increase memory using the RC2110836 memories.
The RC2113209 is an 32Kx9 synchronous SRAM with a multiplexed address/data bus. The part is pin-to-pin compatible with the RC10001 (in byte bus mode). Data transfers are 8-bit with a parity bit. Parity, data latency, and burst-mode are programable. This part reduces the address/data connections from the processor from 32 to 15.
The RC2133209 is a 32Kx9 synchronous SRAM with separate address, data in, and data out connections. The part reads and writes in a single cycle. The ninth bit can be a data, a parity, or a parity error bit.
